AVALON POOL - RESIDENTS ONLY
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
The Avalon common areas, grounds, pool, and clubhouse are private entities for only Avalon Member Owners residents and their specific, limited invited guests. ("Resident" meaning those residing in Avalon - occupied by owner or authorized resident.) These entities are not available or open to the general public, other communities, for public events, hired swim lessons, etc., day care needs, swim teams, sport teams, clubs, groups, organizations, commercial activities, functions, etc.
A signed INDEMNITY WAIVER by Member and residents is required to enter/use the Avalon pool, along with an account in good standing ($0 balance & compliance) and a valid activated access keycard.

POOL SEASON DATES - 2024

Pool Season: Saturday, May 25, 2024 - Monday, September 2, 2024*
Hours: 8 am - 8 pm daily
Required for usage: Property keycard, Waiver(s), account in good standing
The Avalon pool season is typically Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The Board has the authority to adjust pool dates, hours, and may close the pool, at any time.
*Dates subject to change per Board authorization
GUEST LIMITS
6 maximum per household/party during any visit (includes member resident, household members, guests and children-including infants). All Members must sign in with the pool monitor as available.
POOL RULES
All members and their guests are expected to read and follow all rules (Pool Rules & Gate Access) and will be asked and required to leave the premises if they do not respect and follow the rules. Amenity rules may be amended at any time by the Board of Directors.
The Member Owner/Resident agrees to adhere to pool and clubhouse rules, and the Association may revoke the privilege of using the pool and clubhouse from any Member. resident, household and guests from the Avalon Pool for violating these rules. This may include fines and suspension of access card and amenity privileges. By using the pool and clubhouse facilities and/or allowing guests to use these facilities, a Member acknowledges and accepts the responsibilities as outlined in the Pool & Clubhouse Rules. The Avalon Residential Association (ARA) assumes no responsibility for accident, injury, or loss of personal property. Each person who enters the pool area does so at his or her own risk. The Association has the right to suspend pool privileges of any person who violates pool rules and guidelines. Members must be in good standing, property accounts current and a filed Indemnity Waiver for the keycard (required) activation and amenity privileges.

- Allow at least 7 business days for keycard mailed to the Avalon property.
- Avalon keycards are not available for pickup.
- Proof of Avalon membership (i.e., copy of recorded deed) may be required.
- Only Member residents with valid activated keycards, with property accounts in good standing ($0 balance & compliance) and signed waiver(s) are granted amenity privilege and access to the Avalon amenities.
- Waiver is required for keycard activation and amenity usage.
POOL & CLUBHOUSE, GROUNDS & PRIVATE PARKING LOT:
Unauthorized parking and usage for any period of time may cause immediate towing.
LIABILITY:
The Association assumes no liability or responsibility for any damage, theft, medical damages, towing damage, etc. of vehicles, personal property and of persons using the clubhouse grounds and parking lot.
PARKING LOT USAGE & TOWING:
The pool/clubhouse parking lot is private and is intended only for authorized pool and clubhouse usage. This includes pool guest parking during pool season, clubhouse rental events, and Association and/or Board sponsored events, meetings, etc. Unauthorized usage for any period of time may cause immediate towing. Signage regarding clubhouse parking and towing is located at each lot entrance, and unauthorized parked vehicles and objects of any type in the clubhouse lot may be towed at any time without notice. This includes (but not limited to ) vehicles of any type, trailers, buggies, 'golf' cart type vehicles, RV's, vans, rental/moving vehicles, boats, overnight vehicles, resident personal & extra vehicle parking, etc. The Association reserves the right to limit access to the parking lot for safety and other conditions as needed.
NOT A PASS-THROUGH or OVERFLOW PARKING:
The clubhouse parking lot is private property and is not a drive/pass-through for vehicles traversing the common streets. Persons using the lot as a drive/pass-through assume all responsibility for extra wear & tear to the lot, ticketing, damages and medical liability and injury (including loss of life) which may be caused by this action.
